This month will be another edition of our employee spotlight. Introducing Rod or “Hot Rod” as we call him around the shop! Rod is our wiring/electrical/hydraulic/finish work/QC extraordinaire and has been with us for a little over 6 months. He has an electrical background and handles all of the wiring in our trailers along with our hydraulics in any of our tilting trailers. Rod also helps with inventory management, keeping our cut stock bins full, and inspecting/balancing all of our wheels & tires. Another part of Rod’s job is handling all of our final QC inspections. One of the first things we implemented with the new ownership was an extensive final QC process and inspection. Rod has done a great job handling that process and improving it as the program has developed. Rod is the king of making wiring look good, neat, and unnoticeable as you can see in this picture! 

Outside of work, Rod enjoys fishing and the outdoors. He is also heavily involved with his family’s car racing team. You can usually find him at the race track every weekend during the season!
