Montrose Trailers Open Lightweight Car Hauler Spotlight |
Spring has sprung and it’s time to get the show cars and race cars out! We have been extremely busy building some really neat car haulers the last couple of months!!
We are building more and more car haulers for the new C8 Corvette because we are able to accommodate the extra width! Our “widened” package creates 85” clear between the fenders which leads the industry in terms of clearance width. This is a great fit for these cars and makes loading/unloading super easy!
This month’s trailer spotlight is one of these in an open version. We recently finished this build and our client sent us some pictures from the first time he loaded it up! This was a lightweight design to be hauled behind his RV that has limited tow capacity. At 16’ long and 85” between the fenders, this C8 Z06 fits like a glove! The 10’ ramps also made the load angle perfect for contactless loading.Â
